The Company

We are a home-based medical billing service bureau located in Langley, British Columbia. We offer services to General Practitioners as well as specialties and non-physician providers. We also manage the billing for population-based funding sites, Primary Health Care Organizations, and now LFP practices in-house. We have staff who manage the day-to-day billing for physicians and the owner Cindy King takes responsibility for reviewing claims and remittances, overseeing corrections and rebilling, and administrative functions.

We use Intrahealth Profile software (since 2008) for our medical billing processing and have a complement of 16 in-house computers, two independent servers with multiple backup redundancies, 9 copiers/printers, 2 fax machines, and 24/7 voicemail. We are proud to offer remote data entry and EMR accounts receivable management. We also provide ongoing support to Intrahealth Profile software users around the province.

In the summer of 2014, we celebrated our 20th year in business by taking the team rafting down the Thompson River and camping overnight in Lytton. The rapids were massive, the weather was perfect, the Hyack river guide was amazing, and the Kumsheen accommodations were very comfortable. A fun time was had by everyone!

We are also a proud supporter of the BCSPCA and donate to breast cancer research.

A giant THANK YOU to Dr. Steve Lan for treating the Valley Vista staff to a day of Turkish lamp building at the New Westminster Mosaic Art Studio. Everyone had a great time and we are already planning a trip back. Thank you as well to the Mosaic Art Studio staff for their guidance, suggestions, and special Turkish treats!

Our sincere appreciation to Dr. Atul Nanda for treating the Valley Vista staff to lunch at the Cactus Club again. The food was delicious and the service is always great! We are very lucky to be working with amazing clients and we appreciate all of you.
